  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition
  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories are included
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or confirmation email)

Non-Eligible Returns

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
  • Gift cards
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or improper care

Return Process

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at Aruvi1907@gmail.com or call 0426 652 257 within 14 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide Information: Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return
  3. Receive Instructions: We will send you return instructions, including the return shipping address
  4. Package Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in their original condition with all tags attached
  5. Ship Your Return: Send the package to the provided address using a trackable shipping method

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.)
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your protection
  • Return shipping typically takes 3-7 business days to reach our facility
  • AruVi Collections is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping

Exchange Process

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:

  1. Follow the same process as returns
  2. Clearly indicate the item and specifications (size, color, etc.) you would like in exchange
  3. If the exchanged item has a price difference:
    • If more expensive: We will contact you to arrange payment for the difference
    • If less expensive: We will refund the difference to your original payment method

Please note that exchanges are subject to availability. If your requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

Refund Process

Refund Timeline

  • Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your item
  • Once processed, refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Credit card refunds may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued in the same form as the original payment:

  • Credit/debit card purchases will be refunded to the same card
  • PayPal purchases will be refunded to your PayPal account
  • AfterPay purchases will be refunded through AfterPay
  • Store credit can be issued upon request

Refund Conditions

  • Items returned in original condition: Full refund of item price
  • Items on sale or purchased with discount codes: Refund of the amount actually paid
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
  • Return shipping costs are not refundable unless the return is due to our error

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Provide a detailed description of the damage or defect
  3. Include clear photos of the damage or defect
  4. We will arrange for a return, replacement, or refund at our expense

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the timeframe specified above:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank (it may take time for the refund to officially post)

Exchanges and Store Credit

  • If you choose store credit instead of a refund, we’ll add 10% to the refund amount as a thank you for your continued business
  • Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Store credit can be used for any items on our website

International Returns

For international orders:

  • The return process remains the same
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, and taxes associated with international returns
  • Please mark the package as “Returned Merchandise” to avoid additional customs fees
  • International returns may take longer to process due to shipping and customs delays

Gift Returns

If you received an item as a gift:

  • You may return the item for store credit only
  • You’ll need the order number or the email address of the purchaser
  • The refund will be issued as store credit to you, not to the original purchaser
  • Gift returns follow the same eligibility requirements as standard returns
